GUIDELINES FOR VISITING OUR SHOWROOM SAFELY



To make sure everyone feels safe when visiting our showroom, we have created an alternative space and put strict measures in place. 

APPOINTMENT ONLY

We operate on a strict appointment-only basis. This allows us to manage the number of people in the space at one time, and enables us to clean thoroughly between customers. 

IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you have symptoms or have been asked to isolate, please don't visit us. If time is of the essence, we can keep your appointment slot and hold your consultation via video. Alternatively, let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to reschedule so we can make your appointment available for someone else. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and book another appointment as soon as possible.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

We kindly ask that you arrive on time and no earlier, as we need to take extra care in cleaning our showroom between customers. It is a little drive to get to us, so if you do arrive early we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time. 

WEARING A MASK

All customers are required to wear a mask, unless medically exempt. Don't worry if you forget to bring one with you, we have disposable masks available in our entrance space. 

HYGIENE AND SAFETY MEASURES

When you enter our building, you will be asked to sanitise your hands and take your temperature before entering the showroom for the safety of our team and other customers.

 

Any staff you have contact with will be wearing a face shield and mask, and in the showroom space our consultation table has been adapted with a clear screen so we can safely show and pass you our fine jewellery pieces whilst maintaining a safe distance. Sanitiser is available for you to clean your hands as often as you wish.

 

Despite these strange times, we really want you to enjoy your experience with us. Drinks are available, but we do ask that you return to wearing your mask when you are finished.

 

Between each appointment the area is thoroughly cleaned, with a focus on key touch points such as door handles and the consultation table, allowing you to relax and enjoy your visit. 

TRYING ON RINGS

An important part of your visit is having the opportunity to touch and try on our rings. Each ring is cleaned after being handled by both customers and members of staff. 

 

When you would like to try on a ring, it will be passed to you through a small space in our consultation table. You can touch and wear it freely before placing it in a ring tray to your side. After your appointment each ring will be cleaned and sanitised, ready for future customers.

WHO YOU CAN BRING

Our showroom space is small by design to allow for dedicated appointments with individuals and couples. With this in mind, we ask that no more than one other person from either your household or support bubble attends with you to allow our consultant to distance safely.

CONTACT TRACING

When booking your appointment we will have all of the details we need to contact you should we need to for contact tracing. However, for peace of mind we also have a QR code on entry which we will ask you to scan so you can submit your details. We may access this data for up to 28 days for the purposes of contact tracing.
